Scrofano appeared in many shows and productions, which won her fans their hearts. Her fans were awed by her performance in Crave's "Letterkenny" as a comedy show. Scrofano performed the role of Wynonna Earp in the Syfy Western drama. She played this character from 2016 to 2020. Scrofano is now living in Canada along with her husband Pentecost. From July 14th, 2006 they have had two children. Her son was delivered in April of 2017. The news of her pregnancy was first disclosed in a report published in "Variety". The actress was pregnant during the filming of"Wynonna Earp," the second season "Wynonna Earp" and the baby was born just after the production had ended. Scrofano made a post on her Facebook page to show her support for the Black Lives Matter campaign and share with others the things they are able to do.
